Round 01

Online Idea Submission

Last date: 15th August 2026

Submit your innovative idea online for evaluation and selection. Pick one of the five themes, define the problem, and pitch your concept.

Round 02

Final Hackathon 🚀

Event day: 20th August 2026 · 9:30 AM–4:30 PM

Selected teams advance to the final round. Build, demonstrate, and pitch your solution live to the judging panel.

Projects are judged on innovation, technical excellence, feasibility, impact and presentation. The judges' decision is final.

Rules & regulations.

Eligibility & team size

Open to students from recognized institutions. Each team must consist of 3–5 members with one designated team leader.

Originality

All submitted projects must be original and developed by the participating team. Plagiarism or copied work results in immediate disqualification.

Theme & safety

Projects must align with the announced theme and comply with all safety and ethical standards, especially for robotics and AI applications.

04

Presentation

Every team must submit the required project documentation and complete a live demonstration and presentation within the allotted time.

05

Judging & conduct

Projects are evaluated on innovation, technical excellence, feasibility, impact and presentation. The judges' decision is final, and participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event.
